DMCA Policy
Pronostic Cricket T20 ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). This policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for filing counter-notifications when content is mistakenly removed.
We will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Pronostic Cricket T20 service, please notify us by following the instructions below.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notification
To file a DMCA infringement notification with us, you must send a written communication (by email or postal mail) that substantially includes the following elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the specific content).
- Contact information of the complaining party: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy and under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If your content was removed or access disabled as a result of a DMCA infringement notification, and you believe that the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that substantially includes the following elements:
- Identification of the removed material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Subscriber's name, address, and telephone number: Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Pronostic Cricket T20 may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity.
